Safe delivery also means protecting the product being carried. Tanker allocation is reviewed against the liquid, previous loads, cleaning and site requirements.
Risk management
Before work is confirmed, the team considers the product, equipment, access, timing, loading and unloading arrangements, fittings and other job-specific requirements.
Drivers and customers are encouraged to raise changing conditions or hazards so that work can be paused, reassessed and completed using an appropriate control.
